Guided by Mary and Lena, guests will not only experience the beauty and culture of Cork, but more importantly explore who they are themselves. Mary's team of wellness coaches will take care of guests from dawn to dusk, visiting sights such as Blarney Castle, moonlight kayaking at Lough Hyne, beach time at Barley Cove, and high tea at Bantry House.

Days begin with onsite private yoga with a choice of on the beach or at the private studio, followed by a traditional Irish breakfast. Morning discussion sessions include topics such as “Empowering Yourself”, “Mindful Meditation and Journaling for the Busy Woman", and "Detox of Mind, Body and Soul". For afternoon adventures a private coach will pick you up and whisk you away to fun filled excursions such as visiting a local Art Center, admiring the beautiful Atlantic coastline, or perusing a local Farmer’s Market. Your evening dining experience will be catered to at one of the restaurants of the lodge or a carefully selected local eatery in the area. To unwind the days end, Mary will guide you through a gentle mindful yoga practice and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep where your dreams really will come true.
